Roslyn Royal Singleton died Tuesday at the age of 39, her husband Ray confirmed on Instagram.
He says the Navy veteran died ‘sleeps peacefully at the house she wanted to be’ and earned her ‘wings’.
The North Carolina beauty was battling brain cancer for the second time, often sharing her journey on social media. She was first diagnosed in 2013 and then went into remission for six years before another tumor was discovered in 2019.
The entertainer was best known for appearing on America’s Got Talent to support her singer husband and she also appeared on talk show Ellen where she was awarded $25,000.

He shared an Instagram post for his late wife.
‘WELL DONE!! Our wife gained her wings yesterday sleeping peacefully at the home she wanted to be,” he wrote.

He then added, “She will live forever!!”

Singleton was first diagnosed with an aggressive form of brain cancer in 2013.
The star was free of the disease when the couple met in 2016 and they married in 2018.
Tragically, in October 2019, Singleton received his second diagnosis.
But Singleton said in 2020 that her husband is “doing fine.”

Singleton had been in the Navy and worked as an executive administrative assistant in Afghanistan.
She began to feel bad when her mother died and her father was diagnosed with cancer.
Roslyn had headaches and heard the sound of the sea.
“At first I thought it was stress,” Roslyn recalls. But the pain didn’t go away and she started to see stitches.
‘I was laying down to sleep and…you know how you put a seashell in your ear and you can hear the ocean?’ she says. “I could hear the ocean when I lay down.”
She went to see another doctor and found out she had brain cancer leading to several surgeries and treatments but her cancer went to the stage 4 Glioblastoma (GBM).
She also spoke about her faith. “I believe God is really awesome and has been really awesome in my life, and I know he’s in control,” Roslyn said.

In 2020, her husband made headlines when he sang beautifully to calm his wife down.
Ray found the heartbreaking way to comfort his wife Roslyn after her second diagnosis.
The adorable video – first shared on Instagram – emerged as a way for Singleton to calm his fears and keep busy while his wife undergoes her second brain surgery.

Speaking on WSOCTV.com, Singleton said: “For me, cancer is a blessing because it’s my way of telling people that whatever it is, it’s going to be okay”
The clip quickly went viral and amassed over 17 million views and even caught the eye of Grammy-nominated singer Daniel Caesar.
In the clip, Mr Singleton plays the piano and sings the Caesar song Get You.
His wife beamed as he sang, “Every time I look into your eyes, I see it. You are all I need. Every time I go a little inside, I feel it.
He stroked Singleton’s face with his as he sang, ‘Ooh, who would have thought I’d get you. Ooh, who would have thought that I would have you.
Speaking on WSOCTV.com, Singleton said: “For me, cancer is a blessing because it’s my way of telling people that whatever it is, it’s going to be okay.”
Mr Singleton added: “I said to my pastor and to God in front of a lot of people, ‘I’m with her through sickness and through health, and that’s just part of that.
