Lori recently opened up to Vogue about how she keeps her physique fit and healthy, explaining that “balance” is very important.
“The most important thing for me is that I don’t really try to limit myself too much in what I eat, but I will control the portions, which helps me a lot more,” she explained to the famous fashion store.
The SKN By LH founder also pointed out that finding her confidence was also essential for her overall health and balance in her life.
“I would say just having the inner self-confidence helps balance everything out,” adding that she was also undergoing therapy to focus on her mental health. “I think the personal work is endless.”
