Margot and Diego Calva will walk the red carpet for the film’s Sydney premiere, which will take place on January 16 at the State Theatre.
Margot opened up about her “mad rush” filming Babylon while appearing on The Graham Norton Show on Friday.
The actress admitted she was “afraid of spoiling” the epic opening night scene which took two weeks to film.

Speaking about the Hollywood drama, Margot explained, “It was a wild ride. There were amazing sets, including a party scene that took two weeks to shoot.
“Every game was crazy and the stress levels were terrifying because there was so much going on and I didn’t want to be the one to mess it up.”
Set in 1920s Hollywood, Babylon centers on the rise and fall of several ambitious dreamers, including characters played by stars Brad Pitt and Margot.
Margot is overnight starlet Nellie LaRoy who navigates her way through the industry by self-destructing via drugs, parties and sexual encounters.

Written and directed by Damien Chazelle, the film shows the character of Manny Torres (Diego Calva) entering the high-level world and falling in love with Nellie.
Margot recently revealed she walked off-screen to kiss Brad in an impromptu scene, joking with E! News, “How could I have the chance to kiss her?”
Explaining the kiss, she shared, “It wasn’t in the script, but I thought, ‘When will I get the chance to kiss Brad Pitt? I’ll just go ‘That was great!’
