Omaha’s 2022 Maha Festival will feature headliner Beach House. She also performed at Coachella and Firefly Music Festival this year.Indie rock band Car Seat Headrest, the July 29 headliners, was a crowd favorite at the 2016 event.Other national acts include PUP — the Toronto indie/punk band also performed at Coachella this year, along with indie rock/bubblegrunge artist Indigo De Souza, alternative/indie rock artist Bartees Strange and three 2022 South By Southwest performers: alternative R&B artist Sudan Archives, Brooklyn-based indie rock /post-punk band Geese and alternative/post-punk duo Sweeping Promises. The 15-artist lineup also features Omaha-based acts Marcey Yates, The Real Zebos, Dominique Morgan, Las Cruxes, Bad Self Portraits, and DJ Shor-T.Tickets for the festival are set to go on sale Friday at 10 am at MahaFestival .com. Friday night will feature performances from 5-11 pm and Saturday will go from 1 pm to midnight.
