Kanye West, who now goes by Ye, took aim at Sean “Diddy” Combs after the Bad Boy Records founder criticized the “White Lives Matter” shirts West debuted during his Yeezy Season 9 presentation at Paris Monday.
The 45-year-old declared “war” on Diddy, 52, in a text exchange between the two that Ye shared in several Instagram posts on Friday.
The back-and-forth appears to have happened after West and Diddy had a contentious phone conversation.
“I didn’t like our convo. I’m selling these t-shirts. No one can come between me and my money,” West wrote.

“This is my grandpa texting you now. Don’t ever call me no bulls again – like this unless you’re ready to give me the green light. ‘Cause whoever’s been on that tee, it’s me.
“Out of respect for all you have meant to me, I will be silent like Virgil,” West added, in an apparent reference to late fashion designer Virgil Abloh, who died of cancer last November.
“Come do something illegal to me noooow pleeeeeeeeease.”
West captioned the post, “God is love. My brother spoke badly to me but I still love him.”
In another screenshot of the text exchange, Diddy responded by requesting an in-person meeting to discuss the controversy.
“As soon as I land we will meet face to face!!! Send me the address,” the “Coming Home” singer wrote.
“N—-a, F——k you. You fed,” West replied.
The “Flashing Lights” hitmaker shared another text exchange in which Diddy continued to ask for an address and told West he shouldn’t “feel threatened.”

Ye and Candace Owens wore the shirts at the rapper’s YZY SZN 9 presentation in Paris on Monday.

Diddy wrote, “N—-a send me an address. Let’s stop playing these internet games. And don’t feel threatened. You’ll be fine. Love it.”
“It’s not a game,” West replied. “I will use you as an example to show the Jewish people who told you to call me that no one can threaten or influence me.
“I told you it was war. Now go get yourself some stuff.”
In the final exchange West shared on Friday, Diddy wrote, “I’m just trying to talk to you as a black man. And I’m talking to you because it hurts our people. Stop it.”
“Whatever you send, I will post it,” Ye replied. “I love you. And you break my heart. I accept your apologies in advance.”
A rep for Diddy told Fox News Digital he had no further comment.
The text exchange between the two rappers comes after Diddy discussed West’s “White Lives Matter” shirts during a Wednesday appearance on “The Breakfast Club” radio show.
When the topic of the shirts came up, Diddy said West was a “super free thinker” and his meaning was often “misinterpreted”.
The case manager clarified that he was not defending West, adding: “If he did, then that’s how he thinks.
“I understand that white lives matter, but that’s not it. That was our slogan,” he said. “It was not our slogan to go and share with no one else.
“We don’t have to convict Kanye or overturn it.”
However, Diddy said West should be held accountable for his actions and would not release a tribute t-shirt for his fellow artist that day as he had planned.
“I’m still going to do it,” said founder Sean John. “I just need a few days to get over this t-shirt because right now it’s us who are dying, who are incarcerated, who [live] in poverty, receiving no money for reparations and, on top of that, flooding our communities with drugs and guns.”

Diddy also said now was not the time to make “unnecessary noise” about West or Candace Owens. Owens joined West at his fashion show and also wore a “White Lives Matter” shirt.
“For me, it was a bit tone deaf,” Diddy said.
The New York native reiterated his feelings about the shirt in a video he shared to Instagram on Thursday.

“I’m not about to touch on all the latest things happening in the world on the internet, but the thing I need to touch on is this ‘White Lives Matter’ T-shirt,” Diddy said in the clip.
“I’ve always been there, and I’ll always support my brother Kanye as a free thinker. But the ‘White Lives Matter’ t-shirt, I’m not moving with it, you know what I’m saying? I’m not with it that.

West addressed the “White Lives Matter” T-shirt controversy during his interview with Fox News’ Tucker Carlson on Thursday night. Part two of his interview airs Friday at 8 p.m. ET on Fox News.

“As of now, all America has planned for us is poverty, incarceration and death,” he said. “So before I can get to other important lives – all lives matter – this Black Lives Matter, don’t play with it. Don’t wear the shirt. Don’t buy the shirt. Don’t play with it. the shirt. It’s not a joke.”
