“Their marriages are over, but they have kids to think about and they don’t want to jeopardize their future with the network any more than they already have.”

Page Six previously confirmed that the co-anchors will stay off ‘GMA3’ indefinitely after ABC News President Kim Godwin emailed staffers to say they would maintain an ‘anchor rotation’. as they made their decision.

“I hope we continue to focus our energy on what we do best, and I want you all to know how immensely proud I am of your hard work and professionalism,” she wrote in the email obtained by Page Six.

The announcement came just hours after Page Six revealed that “every presenter is upset that Amy and TJ have caused such drama.”

“Nobody wants to be associated with this,” an insider said bluntly.

ABC initially kept Holmes, 45, and Robach, 49, on the air, but that changed after they joked about their “big week” after their secret affair came to light last month.

ABC replaced Robach and Holmes with an “anchor rotation” while the company investigates their relationship.

Earlier this week, Yung Miami went on a Twitter rant…

“If the decision is not to respond to it, then don’t!” TJ made light of it on air. Amy is smarter than that, but how else is she supposed to react? an upset insider.

A source told Page Six that things got romantic between Robach and Holmes — who are still married to other people — as they trained together for the New York Half Marathon in March.

They would have waited to leave their spouses until August.

And although Robach’s divorce from Andrew Shue is nearly finalized, a source tells us that Holmes’ wife, Marilee Fiebig, was “blindsided” by the news despite being separated for months.

Robach and Shue, 55, have been married since 2010. She shares two teenage daughters – Ava and Annie – with ex-husband Tim McIntosh, while Shue has three sons with ex-wife Jennifer Hageney.

Coincidentally, Holmes and Fiebig also married in 2010, and the two co-parent daughters Sabine. Holmes and his ex-wife, Amy Ferson, also share daughter Brianna and son Jaiden.
