Kylie Jenner admitted ‘postpartum has not been easy’ in a candid chat about her mental, physical and spiritual health shared with her 300million followers on Instagram Tuesday morning.
The 24-year-old makeup maven looked fresh-faced as she focused on her step count while walking on a treadmill just six weeks after giving birth to her son, Wolf Webster.
Jenner’s slowly making her way back on to social media after taking a hiatus following Wolf’s birth on Feb. 2 and ahead of her family’s big return to television with The Kardashians premiere on Hulu April 14.

Kylie took a moment from her workout to connect with her fans about the realities of mental health struggles following giving birth.
‘I just want to say to my postpartum moms that postpartum has not been easy. It’s not been easy, it’s very hard,’ she said in her stories. ‘This experience for me, personally, has been a little harder than with my daughter.’
Kylie also has a four-year-old daughter, Stormi, with boyfriend Travis Scott.
She added: ‘It’s not easy mentally, physically, spiritually … it’s just crazy. I didn’t want to just get back to life without saying that because I think we can look on the Internet and for other moms going through it right now, we can go on the Internet and it might look a lot easier for other people and , like, the pressure on us, but it hasn’t been easy for me.
‘It’s been hard. And I just wanted to say that. I didn’t even think I’d make it to this work out today, but I’m here and I’m feeling better, so you’ve got this.’

The new Hulu show is set to be released on April 14 and will feature some of sister Kim’s divorce to her husband of six-years, Kanye West, in addition to Khloe’s difficulty with Tristan Thompson’s paternity drama after it was revealed he fathered a child while they were still in a relationship.
The famous family from the San Fernando Valley catapulted to fame starring in Keeping up with the Kardashians, which first debuted on the E! network in 2007 and came to an end in 2021 after 14 years and 20 seasons.
