Ali Wong and her husband, former GoodRx VP Justin Hakuta, are divorcing after seven years of marriage and two children.

The San Francisco-born comedian – turning 40 in one week – confirmed the split on Tuesday through her rep to People, whose source said ‘it’s amicable and they will continue to co-parent lovingly.’

Ali and the 39-year-old tech entrepreneur signed a prenup, and they’ll have to figure out custody arrangements for their six-year-old daughter Mari and four-year-old daughter Nikki.

Justin’s last Instagram post gushing over his ‘incredible love’ Wong was on Mother’s Day in 2020.

The 4ft11in funnywoman originally met Hakuta – who’s the son of inventor Ken ‘Dr. Fad’ Hakuta – at a friend’s wedding reception in 2010.

Ali might have hinted at trouble ahead when she joked about wanting to ‘cheat’ on her husband with the ‘cast of The Avengers’ in her latest comedy special Ali Wong: Don Wong, which premiered on Valentine’s Day on Netflix.

‘I think I’m going through a midlife crisis,’ confessed Wong, who has a ‘deep envy towards single people.’
