Andrew Shue’s son, Nate, shared a family portrait on Wednesday without his stepmother Amy Robach, following news of his romance with co-anchor TJ Holmes.
The photo showed him with his father, 55, and brothers Aidan and Wyatt, as they sat together on a dark-looking outdoor sofa. Meanwhile, Amy, 49, and Holmes, 45, are currently enjoying an intimate New Year’s Eve break in Miami, Florida.
‘RIDERS ON THE STORM. ON TO ’23’, Nate, 26, captioned the snap. Shue shares his three sons with ex-wife Jennifer Hageney, whom he divorced in 2008.

Commenters were quick to praise Andrew for spending time with his boys, writing: ‘I’m glad you spent Christmas with your boys, stay strong, you’ll make it through.
Another praised Nate for looking after his dad, writing: ‘God bless you make time for your dad!!’

Robach previously spoke about the couple’s mixed offspring to US Weekly, saying, “We spend money on experiences, not material things. These things can be forgotten. Seeing a Broadway show with my daughters for Christmas instead of buying them clothes has proven to be one of the most meaningful ways to spend my money and time. Memories cannot be broken or returned.
Meanwhile, the disgraced Good Morning America co-anchors were spotted huddled together over beer and supplies on Monday in photos obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com as they enjoyed some quality time together in Miami.
They had been spotted earlier in the day leaving the Big Apple, as Holmes put a protective arm around his girlfriend as they waited for their flight to the Sunshine State at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport in Atlanta .

The trip comes as Holmes formally files for divorce from his wife of 12 years, Marilee Fiebig, with whom he has a daughter.
After DailyMail.com revealed the two married co-presenters were having an affair, Holmes and Robach’s 12-year marriages were left in tatters.
Their jobs at ABC are also on the line, as the network has yet to make a final decision on whether one or both will return to their midday show.
Holmes and Robach had previously been suspended “indefinitely” following the revelation that their high-profile friendship and on-screen chemistry had “crossed the line”.

They had tried to keep their distance immediately after the story broke, as sources questioned whether the relationship could survive the onslaught of attention.
But, days before Christmas, they were seen enjoying a low-key lunch at the Capitale Grill near Holmes’ flat in the Financial District.
Holmes and Robach have been married to their respective spouses, Marilee Fiebig and Andrew Shue, since 2010. The two couples reportedly separated in August this year after learning of the romance from the co-hosts.
At first, Robach and Holmes seemed determined to scare her off – with TJ sparking disbelief when he appeared alongside Robach and shed light on the scandal after their relationship became public knowledge.

Then, speaking on Friday December 2, he joked that it had been “a great week” and that he wanted it to “continue”.
Their next step was to claim they were “openly dating” and talk about “growing their relationship.”
When Holmes was first approached for a comment by DailyMail.com, his knee-jerk reaction was a career-saving attempt to “categorically deny” the relationship existed.
Sources later told DailyMail.com that although the two have come to terms with the fate of their marriage, they don’t want to “jeopardize their future with the network any more than they already have”.
