Emma Roberts wrote a heartwarming tribute on Instagram to her son, Rhodes, who officially turned two on Tuesday.
The Scream Queens alum, 31, welcomed her son in December 2020, whom she shares with actor and ex-boyfriend, Garrett Hedlund.
The talented beauty, who stars in the upcoming comedy Maybe I Do, split from Hedlund earlier this year in January after nearly three years together.

In the adorable snap the actress shared, Emma relaxed on a comfy sofa with a loving smile on her face as her son stood beside her while looking out the window.
The American Horror Story actress donned sleek green loungewear that contained feather trim at the hem and cuffs. Her blonde locks were parted in the middle and flowed effortlessly down her shoulders in natural waves.
The star’s right hand rested gently on Rhodes’ back to make sure he didn’t fall as he gazed at the scenic scenery outside and the colorful toy placed on the window.
In the caption of the post, Emma wrote: ‘Happy birthday to my little angel Rhodes!!! I love you beyond!’

The cake was completely covered in a sweet blue frosting and the number two was added to the front and side for the tasty dessert.
“Happy Birthday Rhodes” was written in icing on a mini edible sign, while the cake was also surrounded by gold and silver stars.
Emma welcomed her son in December 2020, who she shares with Tulsa King actor Garrett Hedlund. The couple started dating in 2019 and announced they were expecting their first child together the following year.
At the time of the baby news, a source told Us Weekly that the two stars were “surprised, shocked and happy at the same time, just like their families.”

He shared photos of himself with his son, as the two enjoying a day by the lake. Another snap showed Garrett lifting Rhodes into the air as they posed for a snap on a long, deserted road surrounded by grassy scenery.

Although Emma and Garrett amicably parted ways in January, the two continue to focus on “co-parenting” and are “involved in each other’s lives because of their son,” a source told E! News at the time.
Shortly after their split, a separate insider told Us Weekly, “Garrett and Emma have a great co-parenting relationship. When he’s sober, he’s a great guy and they handle co-parenting really well.
Hedlund has struggled with addiction on and off in the past, but reportedly “stepped up her efforts” after Rhodes was born. Shortly after their split in January, the actor was arrested for “public intoxication.”
The actress has since found a new romance in her life and has been in a relationship with actor Cody John since August this year. “Emma loves Cody’s personality. He’s really funny and they’re having a great time together,” a source told E! News.
