Kourtney Kardashian has spoken candidly about her life with hubby Travis Barker as she reveals they still don’t live in the same house and she still sleeps with her 10-year-old daughter Penelope – and has been since the day she was born.
The 43-year-old reality star appeared on Dear Media’s Not Skinny, Not Fat podcast on Tuesday, during which she opened up about her blended family’s unique living situation.
She and the former Blink-182 drummer, 46, tied the knot in May this year, however, the reality star revealed they still live in separate, adjoining houses.
Kourtney and Travis both have children from previous relationships – the model shares daughter Penelope, 10, and sons Mason, 12, and Reign, seven, with former partner Scott Disick, while Travis welcomed a son named Landon, 18, and daughter named Alabama, 16, with ex-wife Shanna Moakler – so they’ve opted out of moving in together at this time as Kourtney explained they want their kids to be ” comfortable”.

She added that she and her husband plan to move into a joint main house soon, but at the moment they are in no rush as they each have their “routines” in their respective homes.

She explained to host Amanda Hirsch: “We want our kids to feel really comfortable as well and they’ve both lived in their homes all their lives for the most part, and they each have their own bedroom and we’re one block away.”
Kourtney also admitted that she still shares a bed with her daughter Penelope; the girl and her brothers divide their time between Kourtney’s house and that of their father, Scott.
“She’s slept with me every day since she was born,” the Poosh founder revealed.
The news may come as a surprise to some, given how romantic she and Travis are in public – they often pack on the PDA in front of the cameras and share beloved photos on social media – but the mother-of-three added that when her children are at their dad’s, she can hang out with the rockstar.
And even though the couple are focused on parenting their children, she said they still find a way to make their relationship a priority.
“When the kids are at their dad’s house, I stay at his house and there are still nights when we stay at each other’s house,” she explained.

“I get up at six in the morning and carpool every morning, then I go straight to his house and drink matcha. He prepared it for me.
“We have, like, one thing and he comes every night no matter what. He comes here and kisses me whether it’s midnight and he’s coming back from the studio or whatever.
As the power couple are known for being hands-on, Kourtney admitted their kids have all seen it.
But she insisted that they try to be as ‘respectful’ of the children as possible, and that even though they sometimes tell her their affection is ‘rude’, they ‘love each other that they love each other ” at the end.
She explained: “We also try to be respectful of the children and want everyone to feel comfortable.
‘But, yeah, sometimes we hug or look each other in the eye and the kids are like, “Yuck, disgusting!” Even older children. But I also think they like that we like each other.
Kourtney gushed about her relationship with her “mini-me” daughter during the interview, while revealing that they still sleep in the same bed.
‘Unless she has a friend to sleep over or unless she lets me sleep over at Travis’ or Auntie Coco’s [Khloé] or at Aunt Kiki’s [Kim],’ she says.
‘We are so close. She’s so… I can’t even explain it. She’s my daughter I don’t care about.
As the power couple are known for being practical, Kourtney admitted that their kids have all seen it, but she insisted they try to be as “respectful” to the kids as possible.
Since Kourtney was very open about her relationship throughout the podcast, there was one topic she coyly played on — whether or not her husband has a foot fetish.

Travis has said he has loved his wife’s feet in the past and has often posted pictures of them on social media. So host Amanda asked if the musician had a foot fetish.
Kourtney didn’t answer the question directly but didn’t deny it, as she said, “I mean, if somebody wants to pay more attention to my feet, I’m not mad about that. .” Well, my husband, not just anyone.
The mother-of-three also said that Travis is “embracing his small five-foot stature” but would not share any further details about it.
Kourtney and Travis were confirmed to be dating in January 2021 after spending years as friends.
In October 2021, the couple got engaged when the Blink-182 drummer proposed beachfront at a hotel in Montecito, Calif.
They had an unofficial wedding in April this year in Las Vegas after he performed at the 64th Grammy Awards.
Then the couple officially wed in a Santa Barbara, Calif., courthouse a month later on May 15.
After that, they had a religious wedding ceremony in front of friends and family in Portofino, Italy a week later on May 22.
