Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein has filed a second “urgent” petition for temporary child support from her ex-husband, Lenny Hochstein.
In new court documents, obtained by Page Six, the 40-year-old reality star alleges the 56-year-old plastic surgeon “cut off her access to her American Express card” and left her unable “to buy diapers and food” for their daughter Elle, three, and son Logan, seven.
Additionally, she claims he hasn’t transferred money to her account ‘for several months’ and only left her a ‘two-door’ vehicle to transport their underage children after ‘taking his car away’. .

‘[Lenny’s] clear strategy now is to force [Lisa] in the tender by refusing to provide [Lisa] or minor children with direct support,” the documents state.
The fitness guru is asking for temporary support and being awarded attorneys’ fees, despite her claims that she earns “$30,000 per episode” from her Bravo reality series.
In October, Lenny’s team wrote in legal documents that “it is undisputed that [Lisa] earns a significant income as a television star and personality.

Previously, Lisa accused Lenny of trying to ‘financially strangle’ her and put her in ‘financial peril’ amid their divorce.
Lisa said in separate court documents, seen by Page Six, that when she doesn’t give in to each of [his] demands’, his ex’ retaliates by restricting [her] access to funds.’
Lisa told the court the situation had worsened since Lenny – who filed for divorce from Lisa last May – started dating Austrian model Katharina Mazepa, 26.

Lisa said Lenny gave her a joint credit card to cover “personal expenses, household expenses, and children’s expenses of the parties,” but has severely limited her resources since beginning her relationship with Mazepa.
“While the husband is currently traveling on a free vacation with his alleged girlfriend in Europe,” Lisa’s legal team said in court papers, “he has left the wife and children with no money, access to funds and less $3,000 credit available on joint credit card.’
Lisa, who signed a prenup before marrying Lenny in 2009, told the court that her attempts to express her concerns to Lenny about the issues had “fallen on deaf ears” and that Lenny “get angry and verbally confront [her] with degrading comments” whenever problems arise.
