The actor, who played lead character Weasel’s close friend in the hugely popular 2016 original film and its 2018 sequel, was a recent guest on the Adam Corolla Show podcast. During the interview, Miller said he had no plans to work with Ryan Reynolds again after what he described as an awkward on-set moment between them.

So he was like, ‘You know what’s great about you, Weasel? You’re not the star, but you just get enough exposition to make it funny, and then we can go and get back to the real movie.

Miller called the alleged incident “not a great experience for me” and recalled that he and other members of the film crew didn’t know how to react. Miller, who said he never questioned Reynolds at the time, added that he wished the franchise no ill will but would have no intention of returning, although he also implied that he had not been asked to return.
