According to court documents, the reality star will receive $200,000 a month in child support from her ex-husband for their four children.
The former couple have agreed to joint custody and, starting Dec. 1, West will be responsible for monthly support costs.
Kardashian and West, now called Ye, had entered into a prenuptial agreement and agreed to “share all assets and liabilities” of their six-year marriage.
Kardashian filed the marriage dissolution judgment on February 19, 2021. Kardashian and Ye separated on December 26, 2020 after six years of marriage.

“Effective December 1, 2022, Defendant (West) will pay Petitioner (Kardashian) child support in the amount of $200,000 per month. Child support will be paid by wire transfer on the first day of each month to an account to be designated by the petitioner,” the documents said.

“The parties agree that during their marriage they acquired no common property together and that on the date of separation and on the date of this stipulated judgment they did not possess any common property,” their agreement reads.
According to the agreement, if Kardashian and West can’t agree on “major decisions regarding the health, education, and welfare of minor children,” they will mediate for “at least three hours with a mutually agreed-upon retired justice officer based in Southern California.” At that time, they both must make a “good faith effort” to resolve all of these outstanding disputes.
Mediation must take place within 14 days of a written request from either party, and if they are unable to resolve their disagreements, they may be able to “request the Court to remedy to these unresolved disputes”. However, if one of the parties does not participate in the mediation, the other party will have “exclusive decision-making power regarding the item(s) then in dispute”.
